    Additional information: Mitch was CIO, CTO and CISO for Texas Instruments Defense Systems. As CIO, CTO and CISO (at different times) for Mercury companies, he was actively engaged in availability, resilience, and continuity conversations with our clients (2 of the top 5 banks in America, for example). Mercury’s clients also included hundreds of other financial institutions. As SVP IT for Lenderlive, a top 5 bank outsourced their HARP workout program to us, and we produced upwards of 5,000 (or sometimes more) workouts a day. Availability and security were key to this.

Mitch has served on both sides of the table. For example:
--Expert witness for a Colorado real estate services company in a lawsuit against a national bank. This process went through research, reports, deposition and was ultimately settled in favor of our client outside of court.
--Engaged in litigation on behalf of a billion dollar financial services firm engaged in litigation against one of their critical service providers.
--Mitch has been actively involved in dozens of lawsuits that his employers were defending. He was involved in or responsible for data collection and review and in one case, also deposed.
